Dude, I'm so happy that you've discovered Chris Smither!
I heard him play at Hillside in Guelph a couple of years back, and he's been one of my favourite best-kept-secrets ever since. The man is capital-H humble in person, too.
At my dream campfire, it'll be him, Dylan, and Tom Waits passing around a guitar. I'll be cooking marshmallows.
